1. Data We Collect
We strictly limit data collection to the absolute minimum required to verify your license:
Google Account Info: When you sign in via Google OAuth, we only receive your email address, name, and profile picture. We use your email solely as a unique identifier to check your license status.
Device ID: We generate a random, anonymous ID for your browser to ensure license compliance.
2. How We Handle Your Images
We do not store your images.
Local Processing: Most image analysis (filters, measurements, 3D mesh generation) happens locally in your browser using WebGL. Your images never leave your device for these operations.
AI Features: If you choose to use AI features, your image is sent securely to the respective AI provider solely for processing. SpectraX does not save these images on our servers.
Terms of Service
1. License Grant
SpectraX grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application according to your plan:
Free Trial: Full access for 3 days. Automatically expires.
Paid Plans: Access for the duration of your subscription (Monthly/Annual) or indefinitely (Lifetime).
2. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to share your account credentials, reverse engineer the source code, or use AI tools for illegal content.
